How it works

The framework, leg by leg

The protocol is a sequence, not a checklist of tips. Each leg builds the conditions the next depends on.

Leg One — Establishing Base Camp

Weeks 1–2

Sleep reset to a single wake time; protein-anchored meals for both partners; the foundation supplements nearly everyone benefits from; the first blood tests booked. The male partner starts on day one — sperm formed now are the sperm present at the end of the protocol.

Leg Two — Reading the Terrain

Weeks 3–6

Results reviewed against optimal ranges; targeted additions only where indicated; advanced testing where history warrants it; a room-by-room environmental audit; gut health and meal rhythm.

Leg Three — The Final Approach

Weeks 7–12

An aerobic and strength base; a second stress practice for harder days; clinic alignment — your specialist knows the plan and the plan knows your specialist; retesting against your baseline; the handoff into your conception or treatment window.

Deliberately couples-based

Both partners, from day one

Roughly half of fertility is male-factor influenced, yet most preconception advice addresses one partner. Every leg of the protocol assigns both partners work from day one.

What the protocol is not

Honest about its own limits

It is not a promise of a baby, not a substitute for your clinician, and not a supplement stack. It has never been trialled as an integrated whole — it is a testable, evidence-informed framework, and it says so plainly.
